This bright/beachy open floor plan unit has a combined living room, kitchen and dining area with recently updated bathroom. Flatscreen TV in living room and bedroom.
Bedroom includes a comfortable double bed, and double/twin bunk beds. Additionally, the living room sofa converts to a queen sofa bed.

Sleeps 6 at most. Best suited for couples, several friends, or family with no more than 4 children – 12 and under.

We are located away from the hustle and bustle of the noisy boardwalk activity, yet where there is so much to do with Northside Park, (host of summer concert series and more fun events/outdoor gym/walking-bike paths & pier with sunset views), restaurants, pubs, fast food, and other activities within walking distance or a short drive away.

Location allows for two boardwalk options: OCMD = 7.2 miles / Bethany Beach = 7.9 miles

Frustrated guests will have the right to call law enforcement at their discretion. Ocean City strongly enforces its ordinance that no destructive noises be made between 12 midnight and 7:00am.

Must be 21 years old to rent condo.
NO high school or college group allowed.
Everyone must be over 21 or at least one parent must be present at all times.
No “parties” to be held in unit or building.
